Beer Note to Self: Pinkus Munster Alt

Foamy, good body, not as heavy as the Brit styles but rewards slow enjoyment. Very light colored and a little bit fruity–very summery for an alt.

    You oughta make a category for beer notes to self, just to make it easier to go back and see some of your older recomendations and thoughts on beer.

    Sounds interesting. I don’t know if it’s TABC’s fault or just market failure, but it’s really hard to get a real Alt in Dallas these days.
